As the Business Manager of The Alliance he organizes, deploys, promotes and manage all sales, marketing and business development initiates. Tom will facilitate and manage the process of running events.

Adam Mcfadden

He is one of our fire fighting expert/guru, with the ability to train on almost anything, from Fire Services, law enforcement and emergency services at command, strategy and tactical levels. He is an extremely sought after trainer and consultant in Canada. He is very passionate about mitigating the damages from all fires and he specifically wants to mitigate the risks and damages around wildfires. Peter Sells

Peter has over 30 years of fire protection experience, including 23 years with Toronto Fire Services, 14 of which were as District Chief of Professional Development. Peter has worked for the past decade as a Fire Protection Management Consultant, providing strategic planning and operational consultancy to emergency response organizations across Ontario, in the Canadian Arctic, and in the Middle East. He has contributed to many fire service textbooks, has authored dozens of magazine articles and blogs for fire service industry publications, and has spoken to industry and academic audiences across Canada, the USA, Europe and the Middle East.

Ernie Polsom

Ernie is an experienced Fire Service Professional with a proven track record of engaging key stakeholders to help develop pragmatic solutions that address organizational challenges. Ernie was the Acting Fire Commissioner for the Province of Alberta where he represented the province on several national working groups related to fire protection, prevention, response, and emergency management. He led a fire investigation and inspection program that included First Nations and Metis communities, along with providing support to municipal governments on all aspects of fire protection and service delivery. During his time at the Alberta Emergency Management Agency Ernie was the director of field operations, leading a team of field officers and support personnel in offering a full range of fire, emergency response, and emergency management services. Ernie has held the role of Fire Chief at Leduc Fire Services and the City of Regina, where he oversaw the delivery of fire, rescue, ambulance, and emergency management services.
